Unique Dream Buildehas included facilities like landscaped gardens, a community hall, and even an olympic size swimming pool, which is impressive. Plot sizes vary from 900 Sq.ft up to 4500 Sq.ft, with prices going up to 28.49 Lakh. I purchased a plot of 2000 Sq.ft. Being a gated community adds to the security. The only slight inconvenience is that the OC received status is not yet available, which might cause some delays if I plan to build immediately. However, HDFC bank is nearby for financial assistance. The tree plantation initiative is also a nice touch.
