    Buying this apartment for my parents was a great decision because they wanted to be near good medical facilities. The proximity to Aster Ramesh Hospitals was the main reason I chose Tummeti Residency. I coordinated everything from abroad and found the communication with Battula Srilakshmi to be timely and professional. My parents liked the Children's Play Area for when their grandchildren visit. The 2 BHK flat with 813.21 Sq.ft carpet area is enough for them to manage easily without too much cleaning effort. They moved in last week and are happy with the neighborhood environment. The SVN Colony Bus Stop is also nearby which helps them if they need to travel locally by bus. Very content with the purchase.

    I moved into my new 2 BHK at Tummeti Residency recently and I am enjoying the experience so far. Living in Vidhya Nagar has been great because everything is so accessible. Being a woman living alone, safety and access to transport are my top priorities. The Kankaragunta Bridge Metro Station being nearby gives me peace of mind for late returns from work. The carpet area of 813.0 Sq.ft feels spacious enough for a single peon to decorate comfortably. Battula Srilakshmi has provided a nice apartment at a good location. The children's play area is nice but sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the evenings. Other than that, I have no complaints and I am happy to finally have my own place in Guntur.

Access to Aster Ramesh Hospitals is a major benefit for my family as it is quite near. I am a bit concerned about the parking space which feels a little cramped if everyone starts using their slots at once. Besides that the construction quality feels sturdy and reliable. It is a good addition to my portfolio and I expect the rental demand to be steady in this part of the city.

    We were looking for a 2 BHK apartment in Vidhya Nagar and finalized our pick at Tummeti Residency. The layout is around 814.72 Sq.ft which works well for just two of us. Since my husband and I both work in tech, being close to Kankaragunta Bridge Metro Station which is nearby is very helpful for our commute. The project is ready to move so we did not have to wait at all. Battula Srilakshmi has done a decent job with the build. We do wish there was a dedicated gym inside the premises though. For now we use the park nearby which is okay but not ideal during the rainy season. Overall it is a very convenient spot for young couples starting out.

The location at Vijayapuri Colony is well connected and the presence of STEM SCHOOL nearby adds good value to the property for future resale. Battula Srilakshmi delivered a clean and ready to move project which is exactly what I wanted. The surrounding area is relatively quiet which I prefer. My only real grievance is the dust levels on this street during the afternoons. Other than that, the basic amenities like the park are well maintained. It is a no-nonsense project for serious buyewho want to move in immediately without any long wait.

    Finally made my fit property purchase at Tummeti Residency in Guntur. It was a big decision for me but the process with Battula Srilakshmi was quite straightforward. I looked at a 2 BHK apartment with 813.0 Sq.ft carpet area. The location in Vijayapuri Colony is quite central and peaceful compared to the main city chaos. My apartment is ready to move which really saved me from the stress of waiting for construction. The nearby park is a nice touch for evening walks. I did notice that the internal finish in the kitchen could have been slightly better given the competition in this area. However for a fit home it is a solid choice. Looking forward to moving in next month once the final paperwork is sorted out completely.
