Pioneer Realtohas delivered a building that feels sturdy and well planned. The inclusion of rain water harvesting is a smart move for long term maintenance. Being a ready to move project, the documentation was clear and we did not face any major hurdles during the purchase. I am satisfied with the closed car parking facility provided by the developer. The area around Vidyanagar is quite developed, though I would have appreciated better road connectivity near the main entrance. Overall, it is a professional project with honest specifications and good build quality for the current market.

The building is already ready to move so we did not have to wait for construction delays. The 3 open side properties layout gives nice natural light in all rooms. I only wish the project had a dedicated indoor gym or something similar for residents, but it is functional for now. My father visited the site in Vidyanagar and found the quality of construction quite decent. We are finishing the interionow and expect them to move in by next month.
