After living in rented houses for many yea, we finally decided to settle down at Krishna Royale. The location in Vidhya Nagar is quite convenient for us since we travel to school daily. Bhavanam Krishna Kumari has done a decent job with the building structure. It is ready to move so we did not have to wait for possession. The neighborhood is quiet and decent for families. We do feel the entrance lane is a bit narrow which makes car movement tricky during peak houOtherwise, it has been a smooth transition for us. We are happy to be in our own home finally after saving for so long.

Moving to Krishna Royale in Vidhya Nagar was a logical choice for my family. The proximity to the underground subway metro station which is about 2.03 kilometeaway makes commuting much easier on days I do not want to drive. The project is managed by Bhavanam Krishna Kumari and everything seems professional. It is located at 4-5-32/34, 1/1 Lane, Ward-13, which is a nice residential pocket. The nearby Kankaragunta Bridge helps in avoiding some city traffic. I wish there was more green space inside the complex though. Apart from that, the ventilation in the flat is excellent and the walls are thick enough to block noise.

We shifted here because of the nearby STEM SCHOOL which is perfect for my children. Krishna Royale is situated in a good part of Vidhya Nagar. The builder, Bhavanam Krishna Kumari, ensured that the project was ready to move, so we moved in just a month after our initial visit. The SVN Colony Bus Stop is just 1.6 kilometeaway, making it easy for the kids to take the bus if needed. The only downside is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing small works in the area can be annoying during the afternoon. Other than that, we are quite settled and comfortable here.
