The location in Kakkanad is perfect, very close to Infopark Road, making our work commutes much shorter. We were impressed with the list of amenities, especially the swimming pool and the EV charging point, which is very forward-thinking. Trinity Buildeand Buildeseem to be on track for the October 2024 completion. The only minor issue is the traffic getting out of Kakkanad during peak hou, but that's common for the area. The price point is within our budget.
