My kids can go to Shiv Nadar School, which is only 2 kilometeaway, a very convenient distance for us. The 3 BHK flats have a carpet area between 866 and 961 sq.ft, giving us enough room. The project has 80% green landscaped areas, which is fantastic for children to play in. There is also a swimming pool and a gymnasium. While the project was completed some time ago, it feels well-maintained. The proximity to Felix Hospital is also a major plus for any family.
