The built-up area of 1230 square feet is enough for me, and I like the villa concept. The price was around 98.4 Lakh, which I felt was fair for a villa in Hyderabad. I really appreciate the 24/7 CCTV surveillance and the gated community setup; it gives me peace of mind. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems are good touches too. My only minor concern is the traffic getting to my office in Gachibowli during peak hou, but that's typical for Hyderabad. Overall, it's a good investment.
