While the construction is ongoing and completion is set for December 2030, the overall plan looks promising. The variety of amenities like the senior citizen siteout and gazebo is appealing. The prices are in the 2.21 Crore to 4.52 Crore range, which is a significant investment, but we are planning to use our savings.
