My office is near the city center, so the proximity to Mumbai Agra Road was key. Avenue seemed like a good option. Being ready to move meant we could settle in quickly. The fact that it is in Govind Nagar is also good, it feels like a developing area. The New Era English School is just a 2-minute walk away, which is perfect for my children. Lambodar Construtions is the developer here. My only real concern is the noise from the nearby highways. Since it's nearby, the traffic sound is noticeable, especially during peak houI am hoping once we settle in and perhaps add some soundproofing, it won't be as much of an issue. It's a decent property for the location benefits.

The location in Govind Nagar is quite convenient, especially being so close to the Nashik Freeway and National Highway 50, making travel easy. We also liked that Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital is right there, practically at nearby distance, which gives peace of mind. The developer, Lambodar Construtions, seems to have picked a good spot. However, I do wish the rooms were a bit larger. For a retired couple, space is important, and these feel a little cramped. But overall, the accessibility and the readiness of the project made us decide to book.
