The location is extremely convenient, being right next to the Nashik Freeway, National Highway 50, and Mumbai Agra Road. This makes travelling within and outside the city very easy. The price was 3.25 Crore onwards, which felt justified for the area and the size of the apartment. The building is ready to move since 2010, and includes amenities like 24x7 security and power backup. The proximity to Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital and New Era English School is also a practical advantage for daily life.

  I recently moved into Anmol White Oak in Govind Nagar, Nashik. I chose a 4 BHK, even though I'm single, because I wanted ample space and the option to host family and friends comfortably. The 5000 square feet built up area is fantastic. The location is brilliant, especially being close to the Nashik Freeway and National Highway 50, which makes getting around the city very quick. The Mahamarg CBS Bus Stop being a short distance is also useful. The price was 3.25 Crore. It's ready to move in. My only minor issue is that being so close to the highways means there's a constant low hum of traffic noise, which took some getting used to. But the 24x7 security provides a great sense of safety.

  We were looking for a spacious home in Nashik and Anmol White Oak fit the bill. The 4 BHK flats are a generous 5000 square feet built up area, which is quite rare these days. The location in Govind Nagar is very convenient, right near the Nashik Freeway and National Highway 50. It made commuting quite easy even though we are retired. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for peace of mind. We also liked that the hospital is very close by. The building was completed some time ago, in 2010, so it is a ready to move in property.
