The starting price of 73.04 Lakh is a bit high for us, but we are considering it as a long-term investment. The location off SP Ring Road is convenient for commuting to different parts of the city. Venus Infrastructure & DevelopePvt. Ltd is the developer. The availability of a convenient retail plaza within the project is a huge plus for daily needs. We are also excited about the Amphitheater and the Grand Banquet Hall for events. The completion date in December 2030 is far off, but we are willing to wait.
