We liked that it's ready to move, completed in April 2023. The price range of 51 Lakh to 68 Lakh fits our budget. The proximity to NH-8 is beneficial for Rohan's commute to his IT office. While the project is nice, the traffic on NH-8 can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern for us. Otherwise, the amenities are decent.
