Finding a home that suits the whole family is tough. The Meridian by Aashish Group is located very close to St. Xavier's School, which is a major reason we are considering it. They have large apartments, like the 4 BHK at 3511 square feet, and 4.5 BHK options up to 4080 square feet. The terrace garden and party hall are nice touches for family gatherings. We also liked the idea of video door security and biometric security for our children's safety. The construction is ongoing and scheduled for completion in March 2023. The only minor concern is the dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but that's expected. It's a significant investment, around 3.2 Crore to 4.21 Crore.
