After retiring, I was looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to settle down. The Green Parmeshwar by Om Infrastructure in Jagatpur seemed like a good option. They offer 2 and 3 BHK apartments. I visited the site, and the earthquake-resistant RCC structure is a strong point for me. The inclusion of a Gymnasium and a Swimming Pool is also very appealing for staying active. The price for a 3 BHK is around 80 Lakh, which is a significant investment, but the amenities offered justify it to some extent. The location is decent, with KD Hospital only nearby. My only concern is the completion date, December 2028, which feels a bit far off.

The price range of 57.62 Lakh to 80.0 Lakh is what we were expecting in this area of Ahmedabad. I really liked the idea of the Veatile Library & Co-working Space, as I work from home sometimes. The construction is still under progress and is expected to be completed by December 2028. One thing I am a little worried about is the dust from the ongoing construction, but hopefully, that will settle down once it's finished. The developer has also included a lot of green spaces with landscaping and tree planting, which is nice.

I chose a 741 sq.ft 2 BHK flat, priced at about 57.62 Lakh. The location in Jagatpur is good, and it's relatively close to SGVP International School, which my nephew attends, nearby. My parents are also interested in the 24X7 Water Supply and the Fire Sprinklefor safety. The project is under construction and will be ready by December 2028. I am a bit concerned about the lack of readily available OC details, but I trust Om Infrastructure to handle the formalities. The availability of Landscaping & Tree Planting will make it pleasant for them.
