    We liked the location of The Emberlynn, it is very close to Ambli Road Railway Station which is convenient for my husband's commute. The 4 BHK apartment has a built-up area of 4625 Sq.ft, which is really large for us, but we wanted space for future family growth. The Vastu compliant design was also a big selling point. However, construction is still ongoing and expected to finish in June 2026, which feels like a long wait. Also, the price starting from 4.99 Crore is quite high for us, we are still deciding if it fits our budget. The developer, Emberlynn Group, seems professional so far.

    We chose The Emberlynn primarily for its proximity to Shanti Asiatic School, which is just under nearby, making school runs much easier. The 4 BHK apartments are very spacious at 4625 Sq.ft built up, offering plenty of room for our growing children. We also liked the idea of multiple spacious balconies and the dedicated media room. The developer, Emberlynn Group, has included good amenities like a cricket pitch and a waiting lounge. The Ambli Road Railway Station is nearby, which is a decent distance. One drawback is the ongoing construction dust and noise from the site, which can be a bit botheome currently.
