I am buying this apartment for my parents who live in Ahmedabad. I looked at Rajyash A Project because of its location in Ambli, South West. It is close to Shalby Hospitals, which is important as my parents are getting older. I selected a large 5 BHK configuration, the built-up area is between 8100 and 9500 square feet, which is very generous and should be comfortable for them. The project is under construction and the developer, Rajyash Group, expects to finish by March 2026. The only thing I find a bit inconvenient is the lack of readily available price information online. I had to call the sales team multiple times. However, the space offered for the price we negotiated seems reasonable for this size and location.

Finally booked a place for the family in Rajyash A Project. The biggest plus for us is that Shanti Asiatic School is right next door, literally nearby. This makes the morning commute for the kids so much easier. We chose a 4 BHK which is quite spacious, around 4800 to 5360 square feet built up. The area in Ambli, Gupta Nagar is quiet and seems safe for children. It's currently under construction, with completion expected in March 2026. The Rajyash Group has a decent reputation. We are a bit concerned about the dust from the ongoing construction, but hopefully that will settle down once it’s finished. Overall, the convenience for the children is worth it.

That was a huge factor for us. We are looking at a 4 BHK apartment, something around 5000 square feet built up. The location in Ambli, South West Ahmedabad is developing nicely. The project is still under construction and scheduled for completion by March 2026. My only worry is traffic on the main roads around Ambli during peak hou, but the metro station at Thaltej is only about 3.38 kilometeaway, which is convenient. The Rajyash Group is a known developer here, which adds some trust.
