I purchased a 4 BHK apartment in Aaryan Opulence last year. The size is around 3500 Sq.ft, offering plenty of space for my family. Being ready to move since January 2014 was convenient. The location in Ambli, South West Ahmedabad is decent. It's close to Sardar Patel ring road, which is good for commuting. The amenities like 24x7 security and water supply are essential for me. The price was in the range of 4 Cr. I found the developer, Aaryan Develope, to be professional. The landscape garden provides a nice green space. I would have liked better road connectivity directly to the main street, as the Ambli Bhopal road access is a bit indirect.
