Finally moved into our 2 BHK at The Building Rasagna North! We were looking for something close to our offices in the city, and the 1152 sq.ft size felt just right. Being ready to move in December 2023 was a huge plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The location in Kompally is pretty convenient, with Bolaram railway station nearby, which is useful for occasional travel. The price point was a little higher than we initially planned, around 65.66 L for our unit, but the amenities like 24x7 water supply and recreation facilities made it worth considering. Parking is sufficient, with both closed and open options. Happy with our decision so far.

The 3 BHK apartments offer ample space, with saleable areas ranging from 1521 sq.ft to 1977 sq.ft, which is great for a family. It was ready to move in, which suited my immediate needs perfectly. The location is quite accessible, being close to Panaji City Center and close to the Mandovi Bridge. Pallavi Model School is also nearby at nearby. The infrastructure like street lighting and storm water drains seems well-planned. The only slight drawback is that the dust from the ongoing development in the area can be noticeable at times.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose The Building Rasagna North in Kompally. I bought a 2 BHK apartment, which is about 1328 sq.ft. The main reason for choosing this project was its ready-to-move status and the developer, The Building Company, has a decent track record. The price of around 70 Lakhs was within my budget. I liked that it has a sewage treatment plant and water conservation measures. The closest hospital is Srikara Hospitals, nearby, which is reassuring. My only concern is the OC is not available yet, which makes me a bit nervous about the future. Otherwise, the building looks good.

The apartment size is large, around 1977 sq.ft saleable area, offering plenty of room. The project being ready to move in December 2023 was a key factor as I wanted them to settle in without any further delay. They have 24x7 water supply and recreation facilities which are important for senior citizens. While the price went up to 1.13 Cr for the larger units, the overall development and amenities provided by The Building Company are quite satisfactory. The electrical meter room is also well-maintained. My parents are quite happy with the apartment.

However, the proximity to NH 66, which is close to the project, means there's quite a bit of traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak houOverall, it's a decent place for a quiet life.
