    We decided to upgrade from our rented flat and bought a 3 BHK at The Amazonia. The built-up area is good, starting from 1371 square feet. Kosmic Estate seems to have a good reputation. We liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system. The location in Rajarhat is developing, and it's good that Delhi Public School Megacity and Lotus Hospital are only nearby. The price for our flat was around 65 Lakh. My only concern is that the project is still under construction until December 2025, and the OC is not yet available, which makes us a bit nervous about the final handover process.

The price of around 60 Lakh for a 3 BHK felt reasonable for a new project. They mention a golf coue and a swimming pool as amenities, which sounds nice. It's under construction now, with a completion date of December 2025. The project has good open spaces, about 75%, and plenty of greenery.
