Being right next to Shiv Nadar School and Felix Hospital means everything is so close, we barely use our car for local errands. The Sector 142 Metro Station is also just a short walk away. We looked at many places, but the 82% open green spaces here really stood out. The price was within our budget, around 40.85 Lakhs for our unit. Power backup is a lifesaver during monsoons. The 3C Company seems reliable.
