It's ready to move, which means immediate possession and no waiting period for rental income if one chooses to lease it out. The developer, ThakkeDevelope, has been in the market for some time. The presence of a gymnasium and power backup is practical. My only reservation is the parking situation; it seems a bit congested if you have larger vehicles. The connectivity to National Highway 50 is good, but the internal roads leading to the project could be better maintained. The built-up area is generous.
