Our main priority was a good location for our children's schooling, and New Era English School being a short distance was a deciding factor. The apartment size, around 1150 square feet, is comfortable for our family of three. It is also great that Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is so close by. The project is ready to move, which meant we could shift immediately. The building itself is well-maintained, and the common areas are clean. My husband does find the parking a bit cramped, but we manage.
