Being ready to move in was a big advantage for us. The location is decent, close to the New Era English School, which is very convenient for the kids. Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital is also right there, which offepeace of mind. The connection to National Highway 50 is good. My husband commutes using it sometimes. The building looks well-maintained from the outside. We are happy with the space.
