The ACAS Group is developing it, and the expected completion is October 2027. We liked the idea of a gymnasium and a swimming pool, plus the 24/7 security with CCTV is a must for us. The proximity to the IT corridor of Hyderabad is a plus for future rental prospects if needed. One minor issue is the parking; it might be a bit challenging when friends visit, but for our own car, it should be fine. The landscaping and tree planting are also nice touches.
