APPOINTMENT OF PMC Offer are invited for Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Redevelopment of Aparna Vaibhav Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. B.W.Pathare Marg, Dadar West, Mumbai, 400028
located on Plot no 737 and 738, TPS IV, Mahim Division with Plot area 910 sqmt. Invited Expression Of Interest (EOI) with
a. Company profile with experience related to redevelopment projects in the past 5 years
b. Preparing or Confirming Project Feasibility Report (PFR)
c. Setting estimated goals of SPACE, RENT, AMENITIES, HOUSING PRODUCT Specifications, SHIFTING EXPENSES both ways, RELOCATION Allowances, Corpus funds after discussing with Members of society
d. Formulating Bidding process for selecting a developer for Redevelopment or selecting construction contractor as per Maharashtra Government directives dated 3.1.2009.
e. Form Conditions in Tender documents or DA to minimize risk of delay of execution and or permissions as may be the case.
f. Finalizing Tender documents for construction of redevelopment project or Development Agreement (DA) with committee members of Society and Society Advocate Guidance.Offer Optional PMC service through out the execution of project.
h. Monitoring and reporting the progress of Developer in obtaining IOD, CC and OC other NOCs from MCGM and other Government authorities to Society and any other allied legally binding documents in favour of Society, (Optional) Society is in possession of Conveyance and Property card.
A Sealed quotation is invited at above address at the Society's office on or before 26 December 2025.
The Society reserves the rights to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason thereof.
