(1) Nagari Nivara Vasahat Sahakari Grihnirman Sansthancha Sangh Maryadit is a Federation of Co-operative Housing Societies registered under Housing project of Nagari Nivara Parishad having address NNP Colony, Dindoshi, Malad (East), Mumbai-400097
(2) There are 107 Co-operative societies who are members of the Federation. As member societies are contemplating redevelopment of the Housing project. Federation has decided to do a feasibility study from the point of view of redevelopment of the said Housing Project Which has been constructed on 62 acres of Government land by Nagari Nivara Parishad.
(3) Federation intends to appoint a Project Management Consultant (PMC) through a Tender Process for the purpose of preparing the feasibility report.
(4) Federation hereby gives notice to interested parties to submit their quotation for preparing the feasibility report as per details given in the Tender document.must
(5) Interested party must have 10 years of experience. 85 Project Management Consultants in the area of redevelopment of housing projects. They have at least 10 ongoing redevelopment project in hand and 10 completed redevelopment projects. They must have reputed legal advisor associated with them.
(6) The interested party shall collect the Tender document which is available at the above stated office address of the Federation on any working day between 11.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on or before 7th December 2025.
(7) Federation reserves it's right to reject all the proposals without giving any reasons thereof.
(8) A non refundable charges of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) are to be paid for the same to the Federation.
