We opted for a 2 BHK, which has a carpet area of about 520 square feet. It's significantly more space than our rental flat. The location in Nehru Nagar is good, and it’s nice that SNBP International School is very close. Tate Constructions has included necessary features like electrical meter rooms. While the overall feel is positive, the parking area can feel a bit cramped, especially when the building is full. We are still settling in, but it’s a big step up for us.
