    We have been living in Tanish Vatika for almost a year now. The project was completed in 2014 and it is located on Charholi khurd Road in Alandi, Pune. My wife enjoys the landscaped gardens and the temple on the premises. The apartment size for our 2 BHK is around 937 sq.ft carpet area, which is quite spacious for us. The swimming pool is also a good facility to have. Getting to the Pune airport is nearby, which is manageable. The only slight inconvenience is the road leading to the project, it can get a bit dusty during dry weather. Otherwise, the maintenance staff is prompt and helpful with any issues.
