Finding a place in Pune under 25 Lakhs that is ready to move was a challenge, but Sharayu Galaxy Apartment fit the bill at 21 Lakhs. The 405 Sq.ft carpet area for the 1 BHK is perfectly sized for me. I work in the IT sector and the connectivity to both Pune Nashik Road and Spine Road is decent. I appreciate the energy management features and the fire fighting system, which are important safety aspects. The Sambhaji Chowk Bus Stop being close by is also a convenience for public transport. My only reservation is that the OC was not available, which makes me slightly hesitant about the long-term legalities. The internal roads are well-built though.

We were looking for our fit home and Sharayu Galaxy Apartment in Alandi seemed promising. The price starting at 21 Lakhs was very attractive for a young couple. We liked the fact that it is ready to move in and the 405 Sq.ft carpet area for the 1 BHK is quite functional for us. My partner works near Spine Road, so the connectivity is important. The proximity to RKL Galaxy International School, nearby, is good for potential future needs. However, the parking is mostly open parking, which is a bit concerning for us as we have a new car. We also noticed some dust on the internal roads, maybe due to ongoing construction nearby. The community buildings are a nice touch for future gatherings.

A minor concern is that the connection to the Spine Road can get a bit busy during peak hou, creating some traffic.
