We looked at a 2 BHK apartment, around 674 square feet carpet area, which is comfortable for my wife and me. The project is ready to move, which meant no waiting and immediate possession. The proximity to K K Multispeciality Hospital is a significant advantage, providing quick access to healthcare facilities. The apartment has decent ventilation and natural light. My only minor complaint is the dust that sometimes blows in from the surrounding undeveloped areas, especially during dry spells. Also, the connectivity to Pune city can be a bit challenging, with the Bhosari Metro Station being over 16 kilometeaway. Still, the tranquil environment outweighs these small issues for us.

The K K Multispeciality Hospital is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy on the roads connecting to the main highway, especially during peak houGetting to the Pune International Airport also takes about 16 kilomete, so plan journeys accordingly. Other than that, we are quite content with the home.
