Having Spardha | School Of Music a short distance is incredibly convenient for the children's classes. The project was ready to move in, completed in February 2017, which saved us the hassle of dealing with ongoing construction. The developer, Taksheel Group, has provided good internal roads and footpaths, making it safe for kids to play outside. The price of 1.56 Crore onwards was a bit higher than our initial budget, but the overall quality and location justified it. The 24X7 water supply is a definite plus.
