I looked at the smaller 2 BHK with 293 square feet carpet area. It's compact but sufficient for me. The amenities like power backup are crucial for me as I work long houand need reliable electricity. Closed car parking is also a must. My only small concern is the traffic on Bhandarkar Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but that's common for this area. The landscaping looks nice though.
