I bought a 4 BHK in Guardian Celine, which is about 2300 square feet. The price was around 4.75 Crore. It's a good investment in a prime area like Shivaji Nagar. The project has essential amenities like power backup and rainwater harvesting. It was completed in March 2013, so it's an older but established building. The location is excellent, very central. My only concern is the lack of an official OC certificate, which makes getting certain loans a bit difficult. Still, the developer, Guardian Developer, has a decent reputation.

Guardian Celine is in a fantastic location off Bhandarkar Road. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment that's built up to 2151 square feet. The construction completed back in March 2013, and it's been ready to move since. The amenities like power backup and intercom are very useful for daily living. My main gripe is the traffic congestion on Bhandarkar Road, especially during peak hou; it can make getting around quite challenging. Despite this, the apartment itself is comfortable and the security measures are robust, including video door security.

We purchased a 3 BHK which is quite spacious at 1967 square feet, giving us plenty of room. The building is well-maintained and the 24x7 security gives peace of mind.
