    I bought a 4 BHK in Guardian Celine, which is about 2300 square feet. The price was around 4.75 Crore. It's a good investment in a prime area like Shivaji Nagar. The project has essential amenities like power backup and rainwater harvesting. It was completed in March 2013, so it's an older but established building. The location is excellent, very central. My only concern is the lack of an official OC certificate, which makes getting certain loans a bit difficult. Still, the developer, Guardian Developer, has a decent reputation.
