    We chose Ravetkar Hrishikesh mainly because it is so close to Symbiosis Primary & Secondary School, literally just a 2-minute walk. That makes the morning rush so much easier for the kids. The 3 BHK flat itself is quite spacious at 1124 square feet carpet area, giving everyone enough peonal space. The entrance lobby feels grand, and having high-speed elevatois convenient. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply, which is essential for a family. The project is ready to move in, which was a big factor for us. The location on Bhandarkar Road is also very central in Pune. Our only slight worry is that this area can get quite busy with traffic, especially during peak hou
