We chose Ravetkar Hrishikesh mainly because it is so close to Symbiosis Primary & Secondary School, literally just a 2-minute walk. That makes the morning rush so much easier for the kids. The 3 BHK flat itself is quite spacious at 1124 square feet carpet area, giving everyone enough peonal space. The entrance lobby feels grand, and having high-speed elevatois convenient. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply, which is essential for a family. The project is ready to move in, which was a big factor for us. The location on Bhandarkar Road is also very central in Pune. Our only slight worry is that this area can get quite busy with traffic, especially during peak hou

We recently visited Ravetkar Hrishikesh. The 3 BHK flat has a good carpet area of 1124 sq.ft. The location is fantastic, very close to the Deccan Gymkhana Metro Station, which is great for commuting. The Ravetkar Group seems to have focused on security features like 24x7 CCTV and video door security. Having high-speed elevatois also a plus. It's ready to move, which means we could potentially move in soon. However, the price starting at 3.37 Crore is quite steep for us at this stage of our careeAlso, the construction dust from ongoing nearby work was noticeable during our visit, which was a bit of a concern for us.

The construction quality seems robust. My only reservation is the price point, which is upwards of 3.37 Crore, but for this location and quality, I suppose it is justified.

The only downside is the traffic congestion typically found in the Deccan Gymkhana area.
