The 2 BHK configuration we looked at had a built-up area of approximately 2200 square feet, which felt spacious enough for us. The price of 76 Lakhs onwards was within our budget. We really liked the amenities like the car parking and the 24x7 water supply. The gated community aspect gives a sense of security. The location in Wagholi is developing, and it's close to the highway, which helps for weekend getaways. Our main concern is the current construction activity in the vicinity, which sometimes leads to noise and dust. But the fire sprinkleand CCTV surveillance were good safety features.
