I bought a 1 BHK apartment with a carpet area of around 451 square feet. It’s perfect for my needs and easy to maintain. The location in Wagholi is decent, close to the Pune Ahmedabad highway. The swimming pool is a nice amenity for relaxing after work. It was ready to move in, and the price was reasonable, around 36.5 Lakhs for the 1 BHK. The lift access is also convenient. I haven't faced any major issues since moving in.
