Finally moved out of our rental! We chose Suyog Nisarg Phase III I because it was ready to move and had all the basic amenities we needed. We got a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 484 sq.ft. It's a comfortable size for our small family. The location in Wagholi is developing nicely. We appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the power backup system. The amphitheater and the senior citizen siteout are nice touches. The only thing that botheme sometimes is the noise from the nearby Awhalwadi Road, especially during peak houIt's a trade-off for being well-connected, I suppose. Overall, it feels like a good upgrade.

We are happy with our decision to buy a 2 BHK flat in Suyog Nisarg Phase III I. Our kids love the play area and the swimming pool. The carpet area is about 600 sq.ft, which is perfect for our family. Having Little Millennium Preschool nearby is a huge plus, and the hospital is also very close. The Suyog Group has included good facilities like a volleyball court and a cricket pitch which the kids enjoy. The spectacular view of the national park from our balcony is a daily treat. The apartment is ready to move in, which made our transition much smoother. The only drawback we've noticed is that sometimes the water pressure can be low during peak usage times.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Suyog Nisarg Phase III I a couple of weeks ago. The location in Wagholi is quite convenient, especially with the Pune Ahmedabad highway nearby for my commute. I work in Kharadi and it takes about 30 minutes. The carpet area of our flat is around 550 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us right now. We really liked the landscaped gardens and the swimming pool area. The construction quality seems decent and the Suyog Group has provided 24x7 security which is reassuring. One small issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but that's common in this area.
