Swati Abha by JPK Enclave is located in a developing area, and it is very close to NH 12, about 3 kilometeaway. This makes traveling outside the city quite accessible. The availability of amenities like a community hall and tennis court is great for family activities. The price was within our budget, which was a major factor. While the project looks good, there is a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a minor inconvenience. We are happy with the overall decision.
