It's located very close to SG Highway, making our commute to the IT sector much easier. The price started at 60.86 Lakh, which was within our budget after considering the loan options. We liked the idea of a gymnasium and indoor games for weekend relaxation. However, the traffic on SG Highway can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor drawback. Also, the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects is noticeable sometimes. Revanta Group has provided basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and lifts, which are essential. The valet parking is a unique touch.

I chose a 3 BHK with a carpet area of approximately 815 square feet. The price of 60.86 Lakh onwards felt like a reasonable deal for the size and the amenities provided. Revanta Group has ensured 24x7 security with video door security and an intercom system, which makes me feel very safe. The gymnasium is a great facility to have within the gated community. A minor issue is that the carpet area, while listed as 815 sq.ft, feels a little compact in certain rooms, particularly the second bedroom. The landscaping looks nice, and the valet parking is a convenient feature, although I rarely use it.

However, the OC was not available, which is a bit concerning from an investment pepective. The developer, Revanta Group, needs to address this urgently. Otherwise, the gated community aspect provides a good sense of security. The landscaping is also quite well done.
