Maninagar, Central East is an developing area in Ahmedabad, so I expect good rental returns. The fact that it is ready to move in is a bonus for potential tenants. Swastik Corporation has included essential amenities like 24x7 security and water supply. The proximity to the T. P. S. Road is also good for connectivity. However, the OC status is not available yet, which is a slight concern for future resale value. I am hoping this gets resolved soon. The project also has solar lighting which is a plus.
