The 1350 sq.ft 3 BHK flat is quite spacious, perfect for me. Being in JP Nagar, 7th Phase, it's convenient for accessing Bannerghatta Road where my new hospital is located, nearby. The OC was received, so that’s good. My only concern so far is the traffic on Kanakapura Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. But overall, the location and the ready-to-occupy nature made it a good choice for my relocation.
