Moving into Mahaveer Citadel was a good decision for me. I got a 2 BHK flat which is 1180 square feet built up. It is spacious enough for one peon and for when friends visit. The location in JP Nagar, Phase 5 is quite convenient; Narayana E-Techno School is a short distance, which is handy even though I don't have kids yet. Apollo Hospitals on Bannerghatta road is also only a 6-minute drive, which gives peace of mind. The gated community aspect makes me feel safe, and the power backup is a lifesaver during monsoons. The price was within my budget, around 47 Lakhs. I appreciate the closed car parking facility. It's a decent place to call home.

I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Mahaveer Citadel about six months ago. The size is good, 1180 square feet, giving enough space to relax. Being a gated community adds a sense of security which is important. I particularly like the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it makes the environment pleasant. The gymnasium is also well-equipped for my daily exercise routine. While the construction was completed in March 2010, the building seems well-maintained. My only minor gripe is the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be quite heavy, but within the complex, it is peaceful. Overall, it has been a comfortable living experience.

The price point, around 47 Lakh, seemed reasonable for a ready-to-move property in this area of Bangalore. The location is quite good, with the Banashankari Metro Station being a short distance, which is great for my daily commute. I appreciate the basic amenities provided like power backup and closed car parking. The developer, Mahaveer Group, has delivered on time which gave me confidence. However, I feel the overall finishings inside the flat could have been better. It's a decent starter home for me, but perhaps not the most luxurious option available.

We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat in Bangalore and found Mahaveer Citadel. We booked a 3 BHK, which is 1320 square feet. The built-up area is quite generous for us and our future plans. Being in JP Nagar Phase 5, connectivity is excellent, especially with Banashankari Metro Station a short distance. This makes commuting to our IT jobs much easier. The price was a bit high, between 46.89 Lakh to 52.46 Lakh, but we felt the amenities like the gymnasium and indoor games made it worthwhile. The rain water harvesting system is also a good environmental feature. We were slightly concerned about the lack of readily available bank loan information at the time, but managed to sort it out. The project has a good feel to it.

The gated community offea secure environment for the kids to play. We do find the parking space a bit tight sometimes, especially when visitocome over. The landscaping is nice, but construction dust from nearby areas can occasionally be an issue. However, the indoor games area is a hit with the kids. It’s a functional living space.
