Our main priority was proximity to our children's school, and Frank Public School being a short distance was a major deciding factor. Shravanthi Raffle offered a 3 BHK with a super builtup area of 1334 square feet, which gives us enough space. The children's play area is also a good addition. We did notice some dust and noise during our visits due to the ongoing development nearby, but now that it's ready to move, it's much better. The gated community aspect with 24x7 security provides peace of mind.
