We moved into Swapnonir Apartment last month. The 1050 square feet 2 BHK flat feels quite spacious for us. It is really convenient having Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose airport just 3 kilometeaway, makes catching flights much easier. Also, Titumir Metro Station is only 2.5 kilomete, so commuting to the city is not too bad. The area itself is developing, and we like the quiet surroundings. One thing though, the traffic near NH 12 can get a bit heavy during peak hou, so leaving early for work is important. Overall, the location is a big win for us.

The proximity to NH 12, being only 3 kilomete, is good for connectivity. However, the immediate access road to the project could be better; it’s a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry spells. The price point was reasonable for the location and readiness.

The 2 BHK flat offe1050 square feet of built-up area, which is enough room for our family. Having NH 12 just 3 kilometeaway is great for weekend getaways. The Titumir Metro Station being 2.5 kilometeis also a plus for getting around Kolkata. The property is ready to move in, which was a huge relief. The only downside we've noticed is that the parking area feels a bit cramped, especially when maneuvering larger vehicles. We are still settling in but are hopeful about the future here.
