We recently moved into our 2 BHK at Swagat Skyline Sequel and are quite happy. The size, ranging from 820 Sq.ft to 1062 Sq.ft, is perfect for us. We love the location in Narayanpur, it feels peaceful but is still close to essential facilities. Titumir Metro Station is nearby, making commutes easier. The price point, between 17.41 Lakh and 41.6 Lakh, fit our budget well. Tirath Project has provided good amenities like a swimming pool and a children's play area. The construction quality looks solid. We haven't faced any major issues so far. The interioare decent, and the natural light is good.

As a chartered accountant, I analyze investments carefully. Swagat Skyline Sequel by Tirath Project in Rajarhat presented an interesting case. The ready-to-move status (completion June 2016) meant immediate returns could be considered, although OC details were not readily available. The variety of configurations, from 1 BHK (544 Sq.ft) to 3 BHK (up to 1300 Sq.ft), cateto different buyer segments. The pricing, from 17.41 Lakh upwards, seems competitive for the area. I noticed the tennis court and Vastu compliant features. However, the proximity to NH 12 might mean some traffic noise, which is a potential downside for some residents. Overall, a calculated risk.

We moved here with our two kids primarily because of the proximity to Indira Gandhi Memorial High School, which is nearby. Swagat Skyline Sequel is in Rajarhat, a developing area. We opted for a 3 BHK flat, which is quite spacious, ranging from 972 Sq.ft to 1300 Sq.ft. The price was a bit high, touching 41.6 Lakh for the larger units, but the location advantage was worth it. Tirath Project has included a children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids absolutely love. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. The fire fighting system is a good safety feature. Dumdum and ILS Hospitals are also close by.

This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Swagat Skyline Sequel. I bought a 1 BHK, which is 544 Sq.ft, costing around 17.41 Lakh. It felt like a good starting point for me. The project is by Tirath Project, and it's ready to move in. The location in Narayanpur is developing nicely. I really liked the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the place feel green. The gymnasium is also a plus for me. My family was a bit worried about the parking, but it seems adequate for now. The process was smooth, and the sales team was helpful.

I was looking for a decent place in Kolkata and Swagat Skyline Sequel in Rajarhat seemed like a good option. The price range for a 1 BHK, starting from 544 Sq.ft, was quite reasonable, around 17.41 Lakhs. It's ready to move, which was a big plus for me as I didn't want to wait. The project is by Tirath Project, and their past delivery record gave me some confidence. The amenities like the gymnasium and community hall are useful. Parking is available, which is essential. The only slight issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable for me.

I invested in a 2 BHK at Swagat Skyline Sequel by Tirath Project, looking for rental income potential in Kolkata. The ready-to-move status is ideal for immediate leasing. The sizes vary, with 2 BHKs from 820 Sq.ft to 1062 Sq.ft, offering good options for tenants. While the budget goes up to 41.6 Lakh, the potential rental yield in Narayanpur seems promising given the infrastructure development. Amenities like the community hall and lift(s) are standard and expected. My main concern is the lack of readily available OC information, which can sometimes complicate future resale or refinancing. The area connectivity via NH 12 is good, but traffic can be an issue.
