My wife and I visited Svt Aavasa last weekend to check the progress. We really liked the 2 BHK layout which offeabout 785 Sq.ft to 915 Sq.ft carpet area. Since we both work in IT, the proximity to the Kankaragunta Bridge Metro Station being just over 2 kilometeaway is a huge advantage for our daily commute. The construction is still ongoing but it looks quite professional so far. Svt Aavasa as a developer seems to be focusing well on essentials like solid waste management and rain water harvesting. The only slight concern we have is the dust from the construction work since it is currently under construction, but that is expected. We are hoping to move in after the November 2026 completion date. It feels like a solid choice for a fit home in Guntur.

The location in Syamala Nagar is perfect for us because it is very close to the Sri Venkateswara Bala Kuteer Secondary School where we both work. We chose Svt Aavasa primarily because of the location in Ward-2. My children need a good environment and being near the school is the most important factor for us. The project offeboth 2 BHK and 3 BHK options, and we went for the 3 BHK for the extra space. It is good to see that the developer has included closed car parking in the plan, as parking in Guntur is becoming quite difficult these days. The site is currently under construction, and while it is a bit noisy right now, we know it will be worth it once the landscaping is done. The team at Svt Aavasa has been helpful with our questions so far. We are looking forward to living here after November 2026.
