Being a doctor, I really need a peaceful environment and the gated community setup by Sri Venkata Charitha Sri Constructions seems ideal. I looked at the 3 BHK unit which has 876.72 Sq.ft carpet area. The rooms seem a bit compact for a 3 BHK but the Vastu compliant design is something I prioritize. Access to the metro station at Kankaragunta Bridge is just over two kilometeaway, which is helpful if I need to travel. My only worry is the construction dust in the area right now, which is expected since the project is under construction. Hopefully, the surroundings look much better once the landscaping and tree planting work is finished.
