I visited Mourya Classic in Syamala Nagar last weekend to check out the property. Mourya Constructions has designed these as Vastu compliant which is a big factor for many buyein Guntur. The 3 BHK flats at 1625 square feet feel quite spacious compared to other projects I have seen nearby. Being located near the Army Recruitment Office makes the area quite prominent. I noticed that the approach road gets a bit congested during the morning peak houwhich is a minor concern for daily commuteHowever, the overall construction quality seems sturdy and the layout is very practical for a family. I am still weighing my options but this is definitely a project worth considering for anyone looking for a ready to move home in this specific part of the city.

Finding a flat near good schools was our priority so we chose Mourya Classic in Syamala Nagar. The location is excellent because Sri Venkateswara Bala Kuteer Secondary School is close to our dootep. We opted for the 3 BHK layout which gives our kids enough room to play inside. The building is Vastu compliant which was non-negotiable for my parents. We have been staying here for a few months now and the access to Aster Ramesh Hospitals is a major comfort for us. The vicinity is peaceful and safe for children to walk around. Mourya Constructions did a decent job with the basic infrastructure of the project.

I have been staying in Syamala Nagar for a long time and decided to purchase a unit at Mourya Classic. The proximity to the Army Recruitment Office is great because the area is well monitored and safe. I liked that the project is ready to move so there was no wait time for possession. The 2 BHK unit measures 1170 square feet which is sufficient for my needs. My only slight complaint is that the distance to the bus stop is nearly 2.8 kilometeat SVN Colony which makes public transport a bit difficult if you do not have your own vehicle. Otherwise, it is a decent place to settle down comfortably.

It is very convenient that Sri Venkateswara Bala Kuteer Secondary School is close to the building. The lift is functional and fast which is a relief when we are rushing for work. One thing I would say is that the parking area can get quite crowded on weekends when guests visit. Aside from that, it is a quiet neighborhood and we are happy with our decision.
