This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK apartment from Svasthi Homes. It's 1028 sq.ft and the price was 57.47 Lakh. The location is Gottigere, off Bannerghatta Road in Bengaluru. It was ready to move in since July 2015. I liked the amenities like 24x7 water supply and the lift. The developer, Lavish Spaces Private Limited, seems to have completed the project on time. My only slight worry is the parking situation; it's closed car parking, but sometimes it feels a bit congested when many residents park their vehicles. Overall, it feels like a decent start for a fit-time buyer.

However, the internal roads within the Gottigere area can be narrow and congested sometimes, especially during school pick-up and drop-off times. The earthquake-resistant RCC structure was a plus point. Overall, it’s a comfortable living space.

The only slight drawback is the distance to the Konanakunte Cross Metro Station, which is about 5 kilometeaway, making daily commutes a bit longer if relying on the metro.
