As a retired peon, I wanted a peaceful place with basic amenities, and V K R Glory seemed to fit the bill. I bought a 2 BHK apartment here, which has a built-up area of 1037 square feet. The price was 36.3 Lakhs, which was very competitive. It's a ready-to-move-in project, so no waiting period, which was great. The presence of 24/7 security and a power backup system provides a good sense of safety and comfort. The location in Gottigere is fairly accessible, though reaching the Konanakunte Cross Metro Station is about 6 kilomete, which is a bit of a distance. I also noticed the noise from the surrounding construction sites during the day, which can be a bit botheome. Still, the overall value for money is good.

We finally upgraded from our rental place to a 2 BHK in V K R Glory. It’s a ready-to-move property, which was perfect for us. We looked at a 1100 square feet unit, and it feels much bigger than our old apartment. The price point was good, just under 40 Lakhs, which is manageable for us. We liked that there's a gymnasium on-site for workouts, and the multipurpose room might be useful for gatherings. Gottigere is a developing area, and it’s close enough to our school. The only downside is that the construction dust can still be a bit much sometimes, but I guess that's common in developing areas. Overall, it’s a solid upgrade for our family.

Having 24/7 security and power backup was important for peace of mind, especially since we'll be busy. The apartment is ready to move in, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. My only minor concern is the traffic on Bannerghatta Road itself during peak hou, but the direct proximity helps mitigate that. It felt like a good balance for a doctor relocating.

It’s located in Gottigere, not too far from Bannerghatta Road, which is convenient for shopping and other facilities like the National Public School, which is 2.3 kilometeaway. The only real issue we found is that parking can be a bit tight, especially if you have guests. Otherwise, it’s a decent place for young professionals.
